"Who we are is not defined by what we do, and we can entrust the most precious things in our lives into the hands of others, because God’s life has and will overcome any threat of death. And this is God’s life, not ours. It is a life that is given, not generated by us. It will lead us into strange places: the seed that is sown does not look like the plant that grows."
